Using the site

You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial use: to learn about the restaurant, view our menus, contact us and request a reservation. Please do not misuse the site, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending spam, trying to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with how the site works.

Menus, prices and hours

Our menus change with the seasons and with what is available. Dishes, drinks, prices and hours shown on the site are for general information and may change without notice; the menu and prices at the restaurant on the day of your visit apply. Photographs are for illustration and may not show the exact presentation of a dish.

Menu descriptions do not list every ingredient. If you have a food allergy or dietary need, please tell your server before ordering. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age with valid identification.

Reservation requests

Submitting the reservation form sends us a request; it is not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you. For same-day plans, changes or questions, please call (508) 579-1212.

Contact forms and text messages

When you contact us or request a reservation, please give accurate information so we can reach you. If you provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Cafe Eidy related to your inquiries, reservations, and occasional promotions. Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share.

Our content

The site’s text, menus, logos, photographs and design belong to Cafe Eidy or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site uses and links to services run by others, such as our form and messaging provider and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cafe Eidy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
